The Center Restaurant & Tavern is a family owned German Restaurant in the  small town of Muenster, Texas.   The restaurant has had outstanding reviews in several national newspapers and magazines.   Featured items include Pagel’s Sausage, which is made at the restaurant made by the Pagel Family Recipe.  This special recipe has been registered with the State of Texas.  Other  locally made sausages are available to suit every taste.   German favorites include schnitzels, sauerbraten, and Ruben sandwiches.  We also serve an assortment of chicken, steaks, and seafood, along with pizza and salads, soups and sandwiches.   Daily lunch specials include  a variety of entrees with your choice from three meats and two vegetables, mashed potatoes and salad.  Homemade desserts are an excellent end to every meal with fresh pies and strudels made daily, including our signature German Chocolate Cake and Coconut Cream Pie.   We are sure you will find something the whole family will enjoy!  Stop in  and dine with us today.
