The Center Restaurant is a family owned German Restaurant in the  small town of Muenster, Texas.   The restaurant has had favorable reviews in several local newspapers and magazines.   Featured items include Pagel’s Sausage, which is made at the restaurant made by the Pagel Family Recipe.  Other  locally made sausages are available to suit every taste.   Another favorite German food is schnitzel.  We serve an assortment of chicken, steaks, and seafood, along with pizza and salads, soups and sandwiches.   Daily lunch specials include  a variety of entrees.  Homemade desserts are an excellent end to every meal with fresh pies and strudels made daily.   We are sure you will find something the whole family will enjoy!  Stop in  and dine with us today.
